Legislative Update: Criminal Gang Activity Definition Expanded

As the bill has been provided, the term “criminal gang activity” is expanded to include the commission, attempted commission, conspiracy to commit or the solicitation, coercion, or intimidation of another person to commit any offense such as Trafficking Persons for Labor Servitude or Sexual Servitude, Keeping a Place of Prostitution, Pimping and Pandering.
