Franklin County Probate Court

Outside of large cities in Georgia, traffic tickets and some other offenses, including misdemeanor marijuana possession, may be handled by a Probate Court. In Franklin County, that is the case.

The Probate Court of Franklin County handles speeding tickets, DUI charges, and many other offenses related to driving.
