Piedmont Circuit

The Piedmont Circuit is located in the northeast area of Georgia, just northeast of the Atlanta metro area. The circuit includes, Banks, Jackson and Barrow Counties.

We regularly handle criminal, DUI and traffic cases in Banks County and Jackson County. We occasionally handle more serious cases in Barrow County.

Homer is the county seat of Banks County. Banks County includes Commerce and parts of Banks Crossing.

Jefferson is the county seat of Jackson County, and Winder is the county seat of Barrow County.
