21-2-564 Fraudulent Filing or Suppression of a Nomination Petition

An additional election felony involves taking certain actions with a nomination petition. Those involve a person willfully:

making a false nomination certificate
Defacing or destroying a nomination petition, certificate, paper, or letter of withdrawal, knowing same to be made falsely
Suppressing a nomination petition, certificate, or paper or any part thereof.
