Hart County Probate Court

Sean Black regularly handles DUI, marijuana, traffic and other violations made in the Probate Court of Hart County. Court sessions are held at the Courthouse Square in Hartwell, Georgia. Some sessions are held in the main courtroom in the Courthouse building. Others are held in the small courtroom located in the L-shaped building on the northeast corner of the square that houses the Probate Court and the Clerk of Superior Court.
