Interstate 85 runs through Banks County southwest to northeast. It is patrolled by the Georgia State Patrol, Gainesville Post, and the Banks County Sheriff's Office. We handle traffic and DUI cases in the Probate Court of Banks County. The Probate Court is held at the courthouse in Homer, Georgia.

We handle felony and misdemeanor cases in the Superior Court of Banks County. The County does not have a State Court.
