Stephens County State Court Cases

The Stephens County State Court holds its sessions at the Stephens County Courthouse in Toccoa, Georgia.

The State Court handles civil cases which do not involve the grant of injunctive relief.  Injunctive relief is an order for a person or entity to either do something or not do something, as opposed to the grant of money damages.

The State Court also has jurisdiction of any misdemeanor charges including misdemeanor marijuana, traffic violations, DUI offenses, and hunting and fishing offenses.

Sean Black regularly appears in the Stephens County State Court to handle these types of cases.
