available for consultation on taking matters in Georgia outside these counties:
Stephens, Habersham, Rabun, Franklin, Elbert, Hart, Madison, White, Towns,
Union, Lumpkin, Hall, Gwinnett, Jackson, and Banks, DeKalb, Oglethorpe, Clarke,
Oconee, Barrow, Fulton, Cobb, Cherokee, and Dawson Counties.
We will accept cases outside this geographic area under
appropriate circumstances. Distance from our office will influence the fee
charged.

May 14, 2004. Sean A. Black is
scheduled to speak at the Georgia Institute of Continuing Legal Education
seminar "Georgia DUI Update: DUI by the Numbers" to be held at the Westin-Buckhead
Hotel in Atlanta, Georgia. His topic will be "Georgia's Checkerboard of FST Cases: The Top 10 FST Cases That You Must Know."
March 9-13, 2004. Sean A. Black attendes and successfully
completes the Instructor level section of the NHTSA Standardized Field Sobriety
Testing program.
January 16-18, 2004. Sean A. Black attends and
successfully completes the Student/Participant section of the Standardized Field
Sobriety Tests program promulgated by NHTSA.
July 18, 2003. We moved into our beautiful new offices at
215 West Savannah Street, Toccoa, Georgia.
January 15, 2003. Black wins acquittal for client charged with
Aggravated Child Molestation. Read

December 2002. Sean Black recognized as a founding member of
the Georgia Innocence Project.
November 2002. Sean Black becomes a registered neutral and
is available for mediation of disputes including domestic relations cases and
