White County Man Avoids Triple Threat

July 1, 2001.  A White County man was arrested for DUI on three occasions within a four month period.  Working with the man to determine the cause of the arrests, Black Law Offices was able to refer the man for professional evaluation which determined that his medications caused the impaired driving, even though the first arrest involved a BAC over 0.21 grams percent.  Based on the evidence developed, Black Law Offices was able to negotiate to have all three charges of DUI arrested reduced to reckless driving, saving the man's driver's license.  In the process, the man received needed treatment to prevent recurrences of the behavior.
